OFFICE
With almost 50 years of history behind it, the LMV group, specialising in the sale of consumables and equipment for tyre shops, workshops, car dealerships and body shops, is looking for an experienced figure to join the team at its headquarters in Due Carrare (Padua). Roles sought:
PURCHASING:
- Negotiating purchasing terms and conditions by analysing: quantity, price and delivery methods while respecting the budget
- Monitoring supplier orders and deliveries
- Order planning
- Entering and managing sales lists
ADMINISTRATION:
- Sales agent management
- Accounting process management, ensuring compliance with procedures and tax-tax obligations
- General accounting and standard administration (banking, collections, payments, commissions)
SALES/INVOICING:
- Active invoicing
- Drafting and filing sales documentation
- Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals by providing the necessary information
- Managing communication between the company, customers and the sales team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the indicated field
- Expertise in the use of the main computer systems
- Particular attention and accuracy
- Availability for full-time work
A background in the sector is preferable, if backed by successful experience.
