COURSE OBJECTIVE.
Mounting tires on the rim is a more delicate operation than it seems and must be
performed by a specialist, who knows the procedures and has the necessary equipment.
Compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations: structure, measurements (width, height, diameter), code of
speed, load capacity index, checking the exterior/interior appearance of the tire to detect
possible anomalies. Compliance with procedures: mounting, dismounting, balancing, inflating the
tire, valve replacement, and adherence to mounting instructions (direction of rotation or
mounting direction). Consideration of special features related to some tires: low profile tires,
run fl at tires, self-repairing tires, etc.
The purposes of this course are to know the fundamental aspects of wheel machining, all the
technicalities to be able to deal with new tires, understand the issues related to vibration of the vehicle.

To all operators in the auto repair industry, mainly tire dealers, mechanics, body shops and stations
service stations working on the tire.

within the point of sale.
COURSE DURATION
From 8:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (total 8h, single day)
Training will be divided between theoretical part conducted in the classroom and practical part in our equipped showroom
